This is a factory cast exhaust manifold from a 3SGTE Toyota engine. This poor Caldina had no chance of making boost as the manifold was warped breaking some exhaust studs at the same time. Upon disassembly I also found other boost related leaks a to be fixed. Needless to say the car performed much better after the job was finished. 2 Helicoils were needed to repair the threads so that sufficient clamping load could be placed on the fasteners on assembly.
